Context

II joined Just Eat's new AI Platform team to help build the platform behind AI powered customer experiences. It enables product teams to create, evaluate, monitor and optimise AI agents used across customer support and other AI experiences.

I helped launch the MVP for the platform's first use cases, then designed and evolved core capabilities including prompt management, evaluations and observability.

My role

Led the design of core AI platform workflows from discovery to delivery
Turned complex AI workflows into intuitive product experiences
Researched emerging AI products and industry best practices to inform product decisions
Worked closely with Product Managers, Engineers and AI specialists throughout the product lifecycle
Helped establish product design practices within a newly formed, engineering-led team
Contributed to the evolving design system (PIE)
